This select Lebanese extra virgin olive oil is cultivated in the groves of the Akkar region in Northern Lebanon. Carefully selected black souri olives are hand picked between November and December, and cold extracted in the same day. This oil is fruity and aromatic with a mild sweet taste, reflective of the region’s Mediterranean climate and ancestral know-how.
