Return Policy

Damaged Item:

Our team takes the utmost care protecting your order before shipping but sometimes accidents happen. If you received a damaged item please email us within 7days with pictures and if you'd like a replacement or refund. Our carriers require pictures as proof of damages, and we will not be able to process your request if we do not receive them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Non-Perishables:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your item(s) for a refund within 7 days of purchase! (Returns must be unused, unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
If a package is returned due to an invalid address, refused delivery, or change of mind, a shipping charge of $7.95 or 15% restocking fee will apply whichever is higher.

Credit will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the product. Funds may take more time to transfer to your account depending on your bank and/or your credit card processor.


Perishables:

Perishable items are non-returnable. If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order, with your order information, an explanation of the issue, pictures, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
