A traditional Lebanese after-dinner drink, Café Blanc (or White Coffee) isn’t actually coffee at all, but rather an easy-to-make, caffeine-free accompaniment sure to delight your senses and act as a digestif. We’re sharing our two favorite variations of White Coffee. These recipes are tried and true, made often and lovingly by our Founder & CEO, Maya, and our Catalog Manager, Nadyne. Simply start by filling your favorite mug with warm water and sprinkle in just a couple ingredients. Enjoy!
Maya’s Recipe:
- Warm Water
- One Spoon of Orange Blossom Water
- One Spoon of Orange Blossom Honey
Nadyne’s Recipe:
- Warm Water
- One Teaspoon of Orange Blossom Water, add to taste
- Lemon or lime zest to taste
